About the venue

Established in 2000ad Rafiki´s Cafè has long been at the hearts of most Capetonians looking for a relaxed, unassuming venue to meet friends and make new ones. The heart of the business has always been its people, both staff and patrons. From humble beginnings the business has grown from initially being a private supper club to what it is today..... a busy bar restaurant. There´s no single salient thing that brings people to the venue and keeps them there. Perhaps it is the beautiful views from the 35m long sunny balcony, or the groups of colorful people adorning it, or the full scrumptious menu, or the staff, or the huge open fire place (cold nights). Whatever it is, all will tell you that a quick "pop in" often turns into an "all niter."
