Obz Cafe, where the spirit of Observatory lives. Obz Cafe boasts a venue fit for any taste bud and every occasion. Proprietors Donald and Nicci Petersen have transformed the venue into the place to be in Lower Main Road Observatory. They extended the venue by adding the new Obz Backpackers, which provides lodgers and travelers from local and abroad the comfort of a safe, inexpensive travel destination situated above the Obz Cafe Restaurant and Theatre where one can catch a meal and a live show all in one go. The Obz Cafe Family have now also broadened the horizon beyond Observatory itself and opened up a Guest House in Gordon´s Bay which accommodates to your every need. Obz Cafe hosts Obz Cafe Theatre that is fully equipped to showcase great shows, from talented local bands and musicals to comedy and dramatic acts.
